Returns

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing Timeframe: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Refund Credit Timeframe: After processing, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at 088076 92213.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at 088076 92213 and send your item to:
