    • Custom-made or personalized products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

    • Our processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India and offer international shipping to select countries.

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Some remote locations may require additional time for delivery.
  • We partner with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

2.2 International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will either resend the product (if available) or issue a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier service.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

8. Change of Shipping Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
