- Custom-made or personalized products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

- Our processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We deliver across India and offer international shipping to select countries.
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Some remote locations may require additional time for delivery.
- We partner with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2.2 International Shipping

- International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

- If a package is lost in transit, we will either resend the product (if available) or issue a full refund.
- We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier service.

8. Change of Shipping Address
- If you need to change your shipping address, please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
